Regional Manager - Leading AMC
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join us as a Regional Head, responsible for driving sales and business development initiatives within the designated region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) and Portfolio Management Services (PMS), along with extensive experience in handling High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and cultivating strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and revenue goals for AIFs and PMS offerings.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities with HNIs, family offices, corporate clients, and other potential investors within the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing them with exceptional service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to help them achieve individual and team targets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product development, marketing, and compliance teams, to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the investment landscape, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Represent Nippon AMC at industry events, seminars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and networking opportunities.
