Regional Manager - Retail Operations - Apparel

Job Description:

- Staff Planning, Sales and customer service, Merchandise display and shop appearance, Development, Buying and products, Team leadership, Financial Figures and results.

- Approve staff plans and ensure it covers all areas at all times.

- Check number of working hours within the shops and ensure that we are within target (staff costs).

- Check daily manpower planning is synchronized with hourly sales.

- Ensure that complaints and returns are handled friendly, helpfully and professionally.

- Check implementation of merchandising guidelines and keep updated on it at all times.

- Check handling of leftover, defected items, alteration goods, reservations.

- Check right placement for products according to sales reports.

- Create a visit report, follow-up on it and ensure that deadlines are kept.

- Follow the management manual and ensure improvements.

- Follow-up on stock age and rate of stock turnover on weekly basis and take action on it

- Execute interviews and ensure the best possible management team within the shops.

- Execute the yearly planning for budgets and shop expenses.

- Follow-up on daily/monthly/yearly financial reports and ensure that we are within target.

- Coordinate with SIS partners for stock replenishments, manpower availability & reports on daily basis.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Excellent communication skills

- Must have experience of handling multiple stores, outlets etc

- Should have exposure of manpower handling/team management.

- Age should not be more than 38

- Must have knowledge of handling huge business.

- Candidates MUST BE FROM APPAREL BRAND.

- Candidates from only Apparel Brands preferred with Multiple store Management experience.
