We have opening in Real Estate as Regional Manager.

Candidate should have excellent knowledge in real estate.

Job Description:-

Duties & Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Prospecting, identifying and acquiring potential customers for company.

- Identify and build commercial relations with potential alliances for social Infrastructure in company.

- Establish and maintain a client and peer professional network through:

- Participation in trade fairs, conferences, road shows etc.

- Building relationships with IPCs.

- Building relationships with Trade consuls, corporate advisory firms etc.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy.

- Regular reporting to Management on key issues, progress and status of action plans.

- Participate in sales and marketing planning process for company.

- Active involvement in corporate support activities, as and when required.

- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders for Commercial transaction closure (Lease Deed Closure’s).

- Organizing and coordinating delegate visits to company.

- Regular competition analysis and market research.
