Job Description:  - Working along with regional collection teams on recovering of dues from chronic NPA cases through legal intervention  - Provide assistance, advice and guidance to the State Heads, Area Managers and the Field collections team  - Identification and Empanelment of competent law firms/ lawyers in the region  - Ensuring timely filing of specific cases like 156/3, 406, 420 and sec 138 in his region through State Heads  - Ensuring smooth operations of the Arbitration and Execution proceedings in the region  - Keeping a track on the progress of all the cases filed by the company in the region  - Ensuring timely circulation of legal MIS on all - FOR and AGAINST cases-   - Planning and Conducting Lok Adalats and Camp Conciliation in the region  - Identification and appointment of competent law firms / lawyers  - Liaise with law firms and the lawyers   LLB Preferable
