One of our clients, A leading MNC Bank is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.

POSITION:- Regional Manager-Prepaid Forex Cards

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

- Responsible for delivering business and revenue plan

- Responsible for managing and building cost efficient channels

- Performance management & tracking, relationship management with partners and corporate customers

- Review sales process effectiveness, fine tune sales efforts to ensure required intensity and depth

- Collate and analyze feedback

- Activate new channels for lead flows and business fulfillment, manage and track channel performance and delivery

- Work closely with other business units in the bank to leverage their relationships

DESIRED PROFILE:

- MBA from a premier B-school (With a 3-5yrs work experience)

- Strong entrepreneurial & interpersonal skills.

- Self starter and to be able to work independently.

- Sales experience/ customer facing experience is preferred.
