Role - Placement Manager

Excelus learning solution is a subsidiary business of Quess Corp Limited, India's Leading Business Services Provider. We are a skill training and development organization, we conduct short duration job orientated skill training programs for the youths within different education background

We have our presence in 16 states with 80 plus training centers catering to BPL and underprivileged youth, making them employable in organized sectors

We provided trained resource to retail, hospitality, warehouse, textile, ITES, logistics, manufacturing and product development sectors

Job Role

- Work with program manager to ensure all level of evaluation is conducted and to retain the candidates until the finish of program cycle

- To work closely with prospective clients to ensure employment opportunity of all candidates

- Manage a highly efficient placement team and drive efficiency within to ensure success

- Create functional deadlines and hold team accountable to established metrics

- Work closely with the corporate clients to ensure placements

- To provide logistic support at all levels to ensure retention of candidates until the end of the program

- Research efficiently to identify ways to develop new client base

- Collection and submission if placement data for Audit

- Reporting and MIS
