Regional Manager - P&L - Consumer Durable - West

Opportunity for Regional Manager West with one of my clients in Consumer Durable Industry

Main Purpose :

- To manage the sales operations & P&L Responsibilities of entire West India (Sales, Marketing, Business development, Revenue Generation)

- Recruitment, training and manpower development

Key Responsibility Area (KRA):

Sales :

- In charge of a profit center.

- To Drive and Achievement of sales budget both volume and value across product categories for the Zone.

- Driving planned market share in product category.

- Ensure channel expansion and product placement.

- Launch of new products and product category.

Service :

- Responsible for Service operations in the region.

- Appointment of service franchisees

- Drive Service revenues w.r.t AMC, Spares and Additives

- Developing service initiatives to improve Customer service satisfaction

Marketing :

- Driving the Marketing plan and BTL activities for the regions.

- Opening of exclusive company retail outlets through franchisees

- Market identification.

- Branding initiatives and elements ( POP visuals )

- Sales Promotion campaigns though MBOs and company outlets.

- Capturing consumer experiences
