Regional Manager - P&L - Consumer Durable - West

Our Client is a leader in the Consumer Durable Industry. They are looking for a Regional Manager West, to manage the entire operations for the Western Region of the country.

The Western Region apart from the North, is one of the highest contributing region and thus requires someone dynamic to take on the responsibility.

Key responsibilities will include the following :

- Play the role of Business Head for the Western Region

- Manage P& L Responsibility of the operations

- Manage a team of direct and indirect reportees

- Effective Marketing & Communications to ensure visibility for the brand

- Vendor Relations

- Service Operations, and converting Service into a profit centre

- Logistics & Supply Chain Management

- Overseeing the Manufacturing operations in the region

- The candidate should have the potential to eventually grow into the National role.

Candidate Preferences :

- Ideally a Mechanical Engineer/any other Engineering degree from a good institute

- MBA

- Good communications skills

- Proven Leadership capabilities

- Not a job hopper. The client is very particular about stability and is looking for candidates with a stable career.
