Regional Manager - Operations - Training/Skill Development

Designation : Regional Managers

Reporting to : Regional Manager

Location : Kolkata , Patna , Bangalore , Central India ( any three of the above )

Candidate Profile Required:

- Training Operations : Meeting training targets for the Region

- Sector level targets : Meeting the targets of category level , Minority and Women training

- Audit and Compliance : Monitor and review IKYA Skill training centers in coordination with Program Managers-Placements in charge, Quality assurance team & Sr. Manager MIS

- Government Laisoning : Attending review meets with the central and the state government and internal reviews with the team

- Documentation & MIS Training Documentation : Candidates Profiles, Salary Slips, bank Accounts Etc. Timely updation of Data on the Website

- Placements : Placement of the candidates - Ensuring that the placement targets for the region are met, Tie ups with employers

Experience:

Job Requirements:

- Degree / PG 10+ In training / Skill development Programs /operations /BD

- Knowledge of Hindi / + other Local language is a advantage

- Knowledge of Service Industry would be a big plus
