With new expansions coming in, they are now looking into developing their team to handle the increased business for them.

Description

The role would be reporting into the Regional Head and would be responsible for:

- Handling operations for 4 states in the East region - Complete delivery and P&L for the centres in that region - Taking care of improving the operational efficiency for East - Handling a large team efficiently

Profile

The ideal candidate would:

- have at least 9 years' experience in the logistics industry - Demonstrate abilities in enhancing the operations, optimizing resource & capacity, escalating productivity & operational efficiency - Have business and cost understanding - Have good communication and team leading skills
