Regional Manager - Operations & BD - Infrastructure Firm


Job Purpose:


- Drive Man-guarding Business Development for South Vertical as per AOP plan & Strategy

- Retention of existing Clients

- Negotiation with the clients for renewal of Agreements and its timely renewal

- Responsible & in-charge of South Region for Operations & Man-guarding Business

- Manage Administration and Operations of Multiple Units with little supervision

Job Responsibilities:

1. Regional Operations and Man guarding

- Supervise and monitor Security operations of all Units in the Region - Adherence to SOP

- Audit / Inspection of the units - No. of Deviations

- Enhancement of Operational Excellence

- Educating Unit Officers on Client requirement and Ensure requirements are met - Regular meetings

- Addressing concerns raised by Clients - Timelines

- Ensure deployment as per Plan

- Implementation of SOPs - % adherence

- Monitoring Daily Situation Report & Corrective / preventive actions - corrective / preventive actions

2. Client Relation Management:

- Regular Meeting with Clients

- Close and perfect co-ordination and liaison with the customers

- Fulfilling their security requirements

- Feedback from the customers and improvement upon the concerns raised

3. Drive Client Invoicing process:

- Ensure Invoices are raised on time

- Ensure arrear invoices based on Minimum wage revision of State - Timelines

- Ensure no deductions from client as penalty / damages

4. Receivables Management:

Ensure receivables as per contractual terms

5. Man Management:

- Regular Staff meeting

- Administration, Welfare and logistics of the unit personnel

- Discipline and upkeep of the morale of all the personnel

- To address the grievances raised by the men

- Employee satisfaction Score

6. Financials:

- P & L responsibility as per AOP for Man guarding Vertical.

- Monitoring, Follow up and Realization of Receivables from the clients as per Contractual terms

Education & Qualification:

- 13+ years of experience in Operations, administration, finance, personnel Management

- Experience in Man-guarding BD Competency, Management of Multiple Unit & Multiple Stakeholder Management
