Regional Manager - Modern Trade

- Responsible for the business & share growth, managing the Modern trade operations of Gujarat, MP, Chattisgarh region.

- Constantly tracking the market share and ensuring to be the market leader on every individual store level and having a sustainable growth in market share further to that both in Hyper formats (Like Bigbazaar, Hypercity) and Organised Retail formats (Like Shopperstop, Lifestyle)

- Ensuring that the display and visibility of the brands are maintained at atmost best standards at every possible POS locations

- Ensuring healthy stock levels are maintained in the stores both under the outright and SOR terms of operations.

- Ensuring fastest supply with best fill rates for every POs, is a key criteria of the operations with right mix of SKUs in all segments

- Hiring of promoters, training & placement in stores and ensuring that they in turn produce the result enough to make it viable

- Ensuring every store has sufficient count of trained promoters and that every customer who walks in the store are reached with the right informations.

- Creating a highly motivated & bonded team, ensuring that the cost of operations be at the lowest, yet retention be at its highest.

- Ensuring a consistent & organic growth at every individual store level, identifying & focusing on the weekest / strongest segments

- Exploring & executing additional events to enhance sales & visibility, like Mall atrium promotions, in store and outdoor events, promotional campaigns, etc

- Daily tracking of SKU level performance, new product launches, manpower availability and alignment

- Ensuring a right product mix in stores and having a regular trend analysis check & stream lining performance towards the expectation on a store level

- Capability building of the team (Channel Managers, Sales Executives, Team leaders and In shop promoters) along with regular selling skills training on product knowledge, attending customers & bringing in the thought of customer delight at every possible attempt.
