Regional Manager - Modern Trade - Consumer Electronics - North & East

The client is an MNC based out of South Africa and has its primary business in gift card solutions. It has a very strong presence pan India in General Trade, Modern Trade and e-commerce as well. Their partner businesses include some of the largest names in technology and consumer electronics, as well as across travel, retail, hospitality and other strong players in the market.

Their modern trade business ties up with some of the key players in the consumer electronics / durables business such as Croma, Reliance, e-Zone, Vijay Sales and the likes. Currently, they are looking for a Regional Manager to look after the North and East businesses.

Reporting in to the Head of Modern Trade, this role involves :

- Looking after the regions of North and East for their business, and growing some of the key accounts for the regions

- Building relationships with key stakeholders in major modern trade accounts, both offline and online

- Manage a team of account managers to establish common goals in sales and profitability

- Create a strategy to build new business lines and penetrate newer industries with the product

For this role, you MUST :

- Have 6+ years of experience in modern trade in a consumer electronics organization

- Deal with e-commerce players like Flipkart and Amazon in your current role

- Have had experience in key accounts in north and / or east India
