Regional Manager -- MNC Durable Major (10-15 yrs)
Achievement of MS gain and profitability objectives set for division.
Managing the business in the division through team of 10 - 20 people.
Training and development of sales and administration teams and to develop successors for self and ASM.
Monitor, evaluate & provide feedback on performance of ASMs.
Implement channel incentive scheme and ensure control measures and cost controls.
Channel management and expansion as per need of the business.
Implement marketing plan and promotion, pricing, product mix & distribution policies of the company in the division.
Gather information on competitors activities in the region and act upon it for Co's benefit.
Ensure outstanding overdue as per norms.
Control entire accounting and all audit related queries.
Coordinate with marketing for new product introduction, pricing and promotions and quality.
To drive & implement strategic initiatives from time to time like CRM, Portal etc within Division
To enhance the productivity of the team.
To increase the overall reach in all teams
Candidate Requirement :-
Full time MBA
From - Paint / Sanitaryware / Lubricant / Wallputty / Bathfittings / Ceramics
Should have a strong T.N work experience
Team Handling Abilities
Managing a value business of 100 crs
