At Regional Level contribute towards planning, the conceptualization of existing & new product launches, market positioning, competition information and monitoring, tracking sales trends and forecasting potential, and deploy key strategies for marketing initiatives.
- Targeting business potential, executing strategies to drive sales, augmenting turnover and achieving desired targets
- Providing supervision to the process of Profit & Loss Management associated with the Marketing, Sales & Business Development Operations
- Establishing strategic alliances / tieups with suitable channel partners/ MOU with
customers, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach for achieving profitability and increased sales growth
- Formulating business plans in line with organisational vision and strategic direction and driving business growth through identification & penetration of new market segments
- Conceptualizing & implementing sales promotional activities (ATL & BTL) as a part of brand building and market development effort
- Leading & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations, meeting of individual and group targets
- Contributed in drafting and implementing the new organizational design to make more performance driven
- Analyzing latest marketing trends, tracking competitors- activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies
- Identifying and networking with prospective clients and generating business from the existing accounts
- Framing strategies for establishing greater awareness about the company and its products
- Building brand focus in conjunction with operational requirements
- Utilizing market feedback & personal network to develop marketing intelligence for formulating plans (both strategic as well as tactical) for the brands
- Managing customer-centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms
- Driving sales initiatives & achieving desired targets with overall responsibility of exploring marketing avenues to build consumer preference and driving volumes
- Implementing marketing strategies for promoting various products as per the business plans of company
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping the market trends in view to achieve market share metrics
- Networking with financially strong & reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and improved market share
- Strengthening relationships with key decision makers, thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction by providing them with complete product support
