Qualification : Graduate/ Post Graduate (preferably Agri)

Experience : 8 to 15 yrs.

Job Description:

Roles and responsibility:

Managing marketing activity for entire north division (7 states)

- Managing team of Area Marketing Manager

- Exploring untapped markets

- Brand Positioning

- Responsible for Marketing Strategy making for north division

- Launching of New product

- Training & monitoring sales team

- Promotional Strategy and smooth implementation

- Product Placement strategy & Liquidation plan

- New projects

- Product Positioning & segmentation

- Controlling and allocation of promotion expense

- Supervising and making plans for demonstrations/farmer Meetings/Field days/Campaigns

- Strategy for effective utilization of farmers data Collection / Monitoring Recall surveys

- Extensive touring & monitoring the effectiveness of field team/Promotions.
