Regional Marketing Manager
Principal Responsibilities :
1. Execute all marketing activities in the region with excellence and on-time to deliver consumer growth targets
2. Lead entire 'Go to market' planning of all new store launches in the region ensuring accelerated consumer acquisition and sales- Includes catchment and consumer understanding, BTL media planning and execution
3. Manage vendors/ agencies for POSM and BTL media
4. Responsible for training and managing team for Door to Door Activities, Society Activations, In-store Promoters
5. Consumer understanding and Competition benchmarking at regular frequency to ensure continuous improvement of marketing plans
6. Responsible for managing region's Marketing Investment and continuously improve effectiveness of spends and improve ROI
Education & Experience :
- Graduation/PG in any stream
- 3+ years experience in FMCG or a major Retail Chain handling direct to consumer activations, promoters, BTL campaigns
