Regional Manager - Marketing - BFSI

Urgent opening for Regional Marketing Manager role :

Location : Hyderabad / Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities :

To execute marketing activities at a zonal level, providing support to business teams at a local level to generate viability for the brand and create customer accusation opportunities

a) Branch Visibility as per the agreed guidelines across all branches designated.

b) Liaison with branch teams to ensure all branch requirements are fulfilled within agreed timelines 

- Internal branch branding, GSB requirements, brand marketing collateral requirements

c) Execute national campaigns at a regional level and track usage of the campaign at the branch level

d) Branch Support - Co-ordination with the central marketing team to ensure all marketing requirements are fulfilled for these branches. Branch launch support, ensuring that all support required toward branch launch is provided ie designing and executing launch event as per predesigned templates, activities in key areas around the branch to ensure footfall for the event

e) Distribution channel support - Provide support to all distribution channels for customer accusation.

f) BTL and Activation support - BTL activities in the branch catchment area for lead generation and business accusations. Design execute and liaison with local vendors to ensure maximum returns on the investment

g) Event Management - Execute all customer, partner and internal events for the zone.

h) MIS and tracking - Effective MIS management on all the leads that are generated out of BTL activities or events. Reporting business to lead conversion to the central marketing team

i) Budget management - Execute all marketing requirements within a specific budget that is preapproved. Effective budget management to ensure that we get maximum returns on the investments

j) Central marketing team education - Monthly reporting to the central marketing team on various opportunities that can be evaluated for effective business support

k) Ensure all activities are compliant to the necessary guidelines
