Position Title: Regional Manager- Land Transactions

Exp: 5+ yrs in land & industrial leasing/transactions

Job Description:

What

- Have a cohesive working atmosphere in the team and ensure that the team is constantly motivated

How

- Conducts Manpower Budgeting and hires people accordingly

- Works on the JD detailing and coordinates with the department head for requisition sharing

- On the job training / coaching / feedback. Explain processes related to the department

- Support teams on client risk evaluation. Conduct meetings and discussions to describe clients and understand the various categorizations with reasons.

- Calibrate team on identifying the client type and building strategies to support deal closure

- Allocate business pipeline prudently

- Develop Escalation Matrix and communicate it within the team

– should have protocols to follow in case of various level of escalations

- Support team at various instances to conduct business pitches

- Have team huddles. Review business plans and progress towards the team goals in team huddles one month in advance with clear expectations from an individual

- Conduct Performance Appraisals timely for the mid year review and final review

- Encourage people about the initiatives taken by the team – Think Inc, E Learning, Clarity Net, Classroom Trainings, Workshops, CW2 etc.

- Becomes the first point of contact for the team and clarify any issues

- Team undergoes skill developments trainings – through E learning, Clarity Net and other workshops

- Understands own team’s strengths and weaknesses. Works actively towards development of strengths

- Allocates the work to the team more effectively by understanding everyone’s capability and workload

- Gives team members feedback to close transactions
