IT regional Manager - (Only female candidates) - A minimum of 12 years of experience in a technology leadership role, with at least 6 of those years in an operational leadership capacity. - Results oriented leader who takes the initiative and effectively distills strategy, analytics, and varied sets of input to drive decisions and follow through to execution. - Strong business influencing skills, negotiating skills and ability to shape, define and present a complete and thorough picture of Eastman's Operational IT capabilities, including clear and recurring communication to leadership team. - Experience managing staff and vendors in multiple locations. - Experience in successfully leading change through complex environments and organizational structures. - Results oriented, outcomes focused with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills - Leverage strategic and analytical capabilities to make sound, timely decisions based on client and field input supporting and maintaining a strong production environment including evaluating risk versus expense versus the client experience. - Able to act decisively in making solid, informed judgment calls. - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization. - Strong emotional intelligence/maturity. - Experience managing multiple priorities and overseeing distinct teams with varied strengths. - Thrives on initiating, building and cultivating strong authentic relationships inside and outside the group; highly collaborative; navigates and creates alignment across organizational boundaries. - A degree (B.S.) is required; advanced technology or business degree is preferred. - Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc. (Cisco Switches, Dell &amp; HP servers, UC telephony). - Experienced in deploying large scale enterprise platforms including: SAP, MS outlook 365, Success Factors, ADP - Experience with Microsoft Office O365, Active Directory. - Experience in chemical industry is a plus. - Experience within a diverse working environment (e.g. geographical, cultural and process diversity)
