- Overall responsibility for the profitability of the entire Region.
- Strategic planning & setting-up organizational objectives & targets and achieve them within the company guidelines.
- To lead, mentor, train & monitor the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meet individual & group targets collectively.
- Develop and appoint dealers & distributors to expand product reach in the market.
- Market intelligence and market research for the existing and new brands to be launched by the organization.
- Conduct periodic market exploration to understand the customer demand, new product launch and market share of competitors.
- Evaluation of new business opportunities and opportunities that arise for the organization.
- Sales Forecasting and Budgeting on periodic basis.
- To work as a part of the senior management team in this role.
- The candidate will be responsible for overall Sales & Marketing related activities of the company.
- To carry out various business functions including strategic planning, budgeting, revamping & realignment of business, market development, product positioning, business tie-ups & alliance management etc.
- To identify streams for revenue growth & develop business plans
Desired Candidate
- Should have minimum 12-15 years of experience in Industrial sales.
- BE Chemical from a reputed Institute should be an added advantage
