Hiring for Regional Manager- HR ( One of the leading FMCG Industries)
Should be 70% into recruitment and 30% operations.
1) Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
2) Provide guidance and support to regional management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
3) Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
4) Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
5) Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for the region, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified
candidates.
6) Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
7) Manage performance evaluation processes and provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees.
8) Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with corporate HR team on various projects and initiatives.
9) Participate in regional and company-wide meetings and events as required.
Qualifications:
1) MBA in Human Resource Management
2) 5+ years of progressive HR experience
3) Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
4) Experience developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
