Regional Manager - HR Operations - North - eCommerce (10-12 yrs)

We are hiring for Regional Manager HR for North Region . for a very large ECommerce company.

Very good exp in HR Ops, Statutory compliance,

Candidates from : Retail , E Commerce, Logistics , Mfg preferred.

Exp : 10-12 yrs exp

Location: Delhi / Gurgaon

CTC: 25 lacs apprx

JOB PURPOSE:

To manage and ensure smooth and disciplined HR operations with all labor compliances in time and ensure provisions of HR for high productivity of workforce.

MAJOR KEY RESULT AREAS

1. Effectively interface with the service user area heads to build strong HR function in the region.

2. Hire and develop a team of ambitious and result oriented HR professionals.

3. Work closely with Regional Head in driving the HR priorities and champion the central initiatives in the region pertaining to employee engagement, cost containment and recruitment.

4. Implement the policy directives received from DHQ.

5. Furnish the MIS and reports on time with accuracy.

6. Ensure maintenance of personal files, regular updation of personal data, joining and leaving formalities, full & final settlement etc. across the locations.

7. Ensure recruitment of optimum number of quality associates and DC manpower in accordance with business requirements.

8. Ensure timely salary inputs with accuracy.

9. Create recruitment pipeline keeping past trend in perspective to align the manpower numbers optimally.

10. Assist and guide the Regional Heads, State Managers, Cluster Heads, DC Heads and HR team for maintaining harmonious employee relations on continuous basis.

11. Ensure adherence to all legal and statutory compliances, abstracts and licenses to be displayed in the DCs.

12. Deal with inspections to be conducted by various government departments from time to time in the region.

13. Issue Appointment Letters for Associates and Staff upto Assistant Manager level positions in respective regions.

14. Conduct open house to capture employee issues and resolve those within stipulated time frame and as per schedule.

QUALIFICATION/TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

Essential

MBA (Human Resources)

Preferred

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent organizational abilities.

- Experience in managing Regional HR operation preferably with fast growing logistics industry.

ESSENTIAL / Previous Experience

- 8-12 Years proven experience in Human Resources

- A good knowledge of basic labor laws and state rules governing for necessary and timely compliance.

- Knowledge of company policy and processes to ensure good HR administration.

- Good leadership and management skills


- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.


- Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels
