- We are looking to hire Regional Manager - HR Generalist in the Human Resources department. People currently associated with in Life Insurance, General Insurance will be preferred for the role

Position Summary : This role will be responsible for Talent Acquisition, Talent Engagement and Talent Management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Talent Acquisition

- Employee Engagement

- Employee development initiatives - Assessment & Development Center, Competency workshops, etc

- Training need analysis

- Stakeholder Management

Location : Ahmedabad

Will be handling end to end HR activities of all branches in the assigned territory.

Salary offered: 8 - 12 LPA
