Regional Manager - HR Business Partner - FMCG

Job Title : Field HRBP role

Experience : 7 to 10 Years

Reporting to : : Regional HR head (PCL - People capability Leader)

Location : Bangalore

Reportees : 3-4 Direct reports

Note : Applicant must have managed minimum 10 stores/outlets as a Field HRBP.

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Manage complete gamut of HR activities and lead field trainings for the Equity business field staff for approx. 60 store (In Bangalore and other cities in Karnataka) by leading a team of 3-4 seasoned HR professionals

- Drive Labour and Statutory Compliances in the region

- Employee Engagement and Culture Building activities

- Manage Performance Appraisal Process and Payroll Processing in coordination with the COEs/Payroll team

- Incentives and performance linked bonus

- Induction/ Joining of new employees

- Filing and documentation

- Recruitment Support and Bench Planning

- Field HR Audit of process and systems at store

- Implementation and amendment of Policy

- Partnering with Business on HR related support.

- Lead Field Trainings for all field staff in the region

- HR Analytics

Skills Required:

- MBA in HR with experience in managing regional HR role

- 7-10 years of relevant experience

- Operations Leaders

- Cross functional teams as required
