Regional Manager - HSE - Infrastructure Investment Trust

The purpose of the position is to ensure compliance with HSE instruction given by Corporate and Group Safety. Ensure the site is safe and healthy for work.

Role's Key Responsibilities

1. Site HSE Audit, Mock drill, the celebration of special days

2. Conduct training on HSE topics, toolbox talk

3. Conduct HSE committee meeting, release MoM and track closure of points

4. Prepare and submit Safety MIS, Near Miss, First-aid, Incident log, OTP, Observation Tracker, safety PPT, by the 4th of Every month along with Monthly Safety Information and HSE Scorecard

5. Ensuring mandatory PPEs at the site, conducting HIRA with line management, Supervision of all activity

6. Generation of Legal Compliance report w.r.t. applicable HSE Rules and Regulations

7. Implementation of SOPs, Emergency response plans, etc.

8. IMS audit (Both Internal & External) and its compliance with HSE aspects for sustaining the IMS certification

9. Safety Programme


- Site Safety Inspection- 4 times in a month

- Safety Committee Meeting to be conducted at Site Office- 1 times in a month.

- Mock Drill- Once per quarter.

- Safety motivational program- once per month"

- Mass Toolbox- Once a month

- Ensure Induction Training for new employees (Either by self/ Vendor safety team)

- Excellent safety management skills and experience working on multiple projects simultaneously

- Well-developed interpersonal skills for high-level interaction with other functions and brands.

Education / Experience :

- B.Tech Electrical, PDIS, Diploma in Fire safety

- Relevant professional experience (6 - 8 years) from a similar industry or top-rated industries

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proven ability to conduct extensive research, analyze, synthesize, and make meaning of data.

- Fluent in both written and conversational English; fluency in a second language an advantage

- High ethical standards and commitment to core values of leadership, respect, and integrity.

- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management with strong handle on risk and reward on O&M activities.

- Advocacy of Compliance and operating governance culture by ensuring adherence to operational excellence framework.

- Ability to demonstrate the financial impacts as a result of risk identification and mitigation.

- Ability to mentor a team of skilled professionals. Exceptional People management skills with the ability to develop people connections across various functions.
