Regional Manager - Fulfilment - Courier/Freight - South

Job Description :

- Heading up the Fulfilment Operations inclusive of Material Management, First mile, Middle mile and Last Mile logistics, Quality Assurance, Order fulfilment for both B2B and B2C transactions.

- Ideating and implementing enterprise wide supply chain models to constantly improve the existing supply chain to sustain increasing demand of a growing company

- Setting up fulfilment operations and warehouses in South Region, Chennai to cater to order fulfilment in said cities as per the business expansion and growth 

- Formulating performance metrics, in line with the company's Vision and Mission, for every individual personnel working in the Supply Chain domain and periodical review of the metrics for any course correction

- Heading up multiple enterprise wide product development projects to help differentiate the company offering and removing bottlenecks in the supply chain

- Analysing business and demand forecasting to create suitable Cost and Value chain models

- Planning and conducting quarterly inventory audits across all warehouses to maintain stock accuracy of over 99%
