Regional Manager - FMCG/Food Consumer Firm

JOB Profile :-

- Deliver top-line volume and value for given area.

- Develop sales infrastructure and implement best practices of distribution.

- Plan and implement channel and marketing activities based on an understanding of competitor product portfolio, market trend, and trade and customer segment .

- Build and manage professional relationships with Major accounts

- Effectively lead a team of Managers, Distributors and other third party members to function effectively towards a common goal.

- Reporting directly to Zonal Sales Head.

Candidate Requirement :

- Candidates from - FMCG /Food/Beverages/Personal Care - Can Apply

- MBA from good b school preferred

- Should be a Highly process driven person, with" Northern State" working Experience only apply
