Regional Manager - Finance - Sales Function - FMCG/FMCD - CA

Qualification - Chartered Accountant (first attempt / ranker)

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the finance function of the Sales region which includes accounting, analytics, audit, commercial controls and sales business partnering.

2. Partnering with relevant stakeholders for the organization level initiatives

3. Engagement with 300+ distributors as well as 80+ field teams to ensure commercial hygiene in the business

4. Managing distributor credits, controlling receivables, handling exceptions and ensuring policy compliance

5. Complete ownership of regional trial balance and monthly closing

6. Undertake quarterly closure of ROI calculations for distributors

7. Driving and owning Sales Commercial Function KPIs in the region along with budgeting and variance analysis, MIS and Dashboards

8. Leading and monitoring GST compliances for the region

9. Overseeing process controls w.r.t commercial and accounting activities (AR, BTL schemes, Distributor claims & F&Fs, quarterly NDCs, monthly closing and unsaleable audit)

10. Responsible for region's statutory as well as internal audit and ensuring zero audit observations

11. Developing operational excellence in all aspects for the region

12. Identifying opportunities for automation and driving the automation agenda for the zone and/or support to the central team
