Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the ETF division within the region, driving sales, revenue, and market share growth.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and retain institutional clients and HNI investors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including institutional investors, financial advisors, and HNI clients.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of ETF sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the ETF industry.
- Work closely with internal teams such as product development, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on ETFs and institutional/HNI client management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of ETF products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed.
