Regional Manager-DSA / Home Loan

- Regional Manager DSA Channel for HL business.

- This position will be responsible to build and lead the regional HL business through our DSA network.

- We would prefer to hire someone from a large DSA player (e.g. Andromeda) who has strong experience in handling a large scale DSA networks in Pune and Mumbai.

- Preference would be for someone who has already handled this at a regional level.

- Since it is a Pan-India role, critical success factors will be a proven ability to show quick exponential growth

- Someone who is able to drive 3x-4x growth in 1-2 quarters.

- The position is to be based in Noida or Bangalore - both options exist.

- The TTR budget for the position is INR 40L, with incentives paid additionally, through a performance linked incentive plan.
