- Managing Company into direct selling in South
- Driving achievement of sales targets though service to sales involving cross-sell and upsell, branch walk-ins and telesales campaigns
- Ensuring adherence to quality parameters through repeat input, training and close monitoring through Leads
- Driving ATL & BTL activities for fresh lead generation; approaching existing customers through door knock and addressing their needs through service to sales using tools like money book and so on
- Defining product/channel marketing strategy, including development of channel marketing activities in accordance with overall business goals and objectives
- Leading innovation and optimization across channels to continuously improve/ enhance company offerings and customer experiences
Note : Candidates should have exposure in South Indian Market
