Regional Manager Collection- Two Wheeler Loan & Commercial Vehicle

Would be responsible for collection of the region assigned

ROLE PROFILE/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for the collections performance on various collection parameters for the assigned State.

- Managing the collections through team of ACMs/CO's.

- Travelling to all the locations within the state on monthly basis to review the performance of each field location.

- Ensuring smooth execution of the various strategies/drives planned by HO/RO for day-to-day collection performance improvement.

- Designing ground level plans for executing the team strategies.

- Periodic performance review of the ACMs / CO's & keeping close control to ensure the achievement of allocated collection targets.

- Periodic monitoring of the field capacity as per the Avg. Collection Ratio (ACR)

- Monthly review of the state, location, agency performance, acting against the low performer ACMs, COs, DMAs (off rolls) & agencies.

- Monitoring the Periodic requirement of the receipt books/ HHTs, mobile app codes / repo kits for the state.

- Monitoring the deposition of collection amount by the agencies across the state & ensuring timely action against agencies for non-adherence.
