Regional Manager/City Manager - Influencer Connect - Chemicals Business

A. Specifications Delivery (25%)

1. Ensure routine working with assigned Influencer Key Accounts to ensure regular specification for Pidilite range of solutions.

2. Collaborate with the RBDM's of the parent divisions to ensure the right applicator/contractor Is introduced to the project.

3. Ensure that Team 1 & Team 2 achieve their Range Specification Targets.

B. Business Development (30%)

1. Ensure regular training/ Lunch & Learn Sessions/ Product Trials are imparted to Influencer's and technical issues are solved in a timely manner.

2. Identify new business opportunities: Segment of Construction, Product Gaps, New Influencer's for PIL penetration.

3. Ensuring participation of assigned Influencer's in Pidilite sponsored events, seminars, meets, etc.

C. Relationship Management (25%)

1. Take personal ownership of the Top 10 Large Influencers of assigned Influencers and improve engagement across all Pidilite divisions

2. Become Single point contact for the reporting Team and routing need to applicator to the RBDM's of respective divisions

3. Plan engagement modules/ initiatives at local level for development of long terms relationship with target audience

D. People Management (20%)

1. Ensure induction for new joiners on the PIL Ways of Working and ensure they are trained thoroughly on the assigned categories.

2. Plan and execute training on new modules and refresher sessions on existing modules.

3. Conduct team reviews on a calendarized basis, track performances against identified key indicators for the month in MRMs and provide feedback to the team.

4. Provide timely inputs & MIS to HO & ensure corrective measures in consultation with HO.

5. Provide guidance, support & on the job training as per the professional development needs of the KAS/ KAM in enabling him/her with continuous improvement.
