Regional Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance

- Responsible for Agency Channel sales for TN.

- Will handle a team of 2 cluster Heads, 3 branch managers

- Experience in handling of Tamil Nadu Region

- Would be responsible for their teams recruitment and training

- Is responsible for the business generated by his team through sale of insurance products

- Should have insurance industry exp.

- Should be very familiar with Chennai market. Ideally from Chennai.

- Should have excellent team handling skills

- Should be good in generating reports and presenting to management

- Should have excellent communication skills
