Our client is a leading FMCG player, looking to expand in the Frozen segment.

Job Description : Regional Sales Manager

- Incumbent will handle retail distribution (not B2B/Institutional) in the frozen supply chain

- This role would be a P&L and a team management opportunity

- Will require the incumbent to implement systems and processes and scale up operations

- Growing distribution connects and area of presence is important

Candidate Profile :

- Should come with only a Frozen foods background

- Experience of 6-12 years

- Incumbent should have a prior strong experience in distribution & GT sales

- Someone who is able to drive the business and grow it
