- Grow channel-partner (retailer) network for sales by investing in in-store display.
- Understand reports to arrive at key challenges & issues that need to be addressed to drive growth.
- Be able to collect information, analyse data, and summarizing information to present to senior stakeholders for support.
- Coaching direct sales team & channel partner employees to leverage best-in-class digital enablers, Website for presentations to clients.
- Mapping of key competitors & products at regular intervals to identify opportunities
- Lead a team of front-line sales executives handling Retail, Govt. & Private Projects to achieve high double-digit growths
