The position would have responsibilities for business in the states of Kerala and Tamilnadu. Team handling experience in Life Insurance at a Cluster/Territory/Multi-Branch level is a must. Job Responsibilities include:   1. Leading and Managing a team of high profile and highly qualified Chief Business Managers and the team under them. 2. Hiring, Training and Mentoring the team by helping them to recruit productive Advisors.   3. Conducting Lead Generation Activities to generate a stream of prospects and meeting them along with the team to acquire new customers.   4. Ensuring world class customer service and collection of renewal premiums, thereby maintaining a high policy persistency.   5. Reviewing and Monitoring the team to ensure optimal productivity.   6. Responsible for the profitability of the Region.   7. Liasion with Training, HR and Operations team in the field as well as Head Office to ensure smooth functioning in the branch.
