Role : Regional Manager-General Metal Finishing

Must Have : Chemical or Electroplating Engineer (B.Sc / B.Tech.)

Job Location : Uttar Pradesh (Travelling / Entire UP circle / WFH)

Base Location : Gurgaon/Manesar (Reporting from office once a month)

This position will be working as a bridge between Customers and Sales team for providing technical support and customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive Revenue and Profitability Growth in the assigned sales region and business area

- Deliver on New Customer Acquisition and Business Development targets in the assigned territory

- Maintain and improve customer focus and impact on existing Key Accounts in the region

- Manage and administer end-to-end Sales Process spanning ; Sales Opportunity Identification, Opportunity Management and Relationship Management

- Partner with stakeholders to achieve periodic commercial transaction outcomes

Key Competency :

- Chemical or Electroplating Engineer (B.Sc / B.Tech.) 5 -8 years of experience in Electroplating Industry would be suitable for the post

- Experience of customer service and troubleshooting would be an added advantage

- Basic knowledge of computers, proficient in MS office (Excel, word, Power point)

- Good Presentation skills

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi

- Confident, presentable and should have a pleasing personality - Good interpersonal skills, able to maintain good professional relationship with customers and internal team.

- Flexible for travelling local / out of station travel to customer site for new installation and trouble shooting.

- Flexible for working on weekend During trouble shooting activities at customer
