Regional Manager - Business Development
1. Identify and build business opportunities with potential partners in the e-commerce and fin-tech space, discovering and exploring opportunities.
2. Should have a strong understanding of B2B tie-ups which includes proposition creation, identifying decision makers, business influencers, understanding industry and customer segments, commercials etc.
3. Market research on targeted prospects is very critical to the role, which includes understanding industry growth macro-economic factors, business revenue models, revenue growth engines, investment models, customer segmentation and spent etc.
4. To market map as per organizational growth direction
5. Existing market connects are preferred within Fin-techs and E-commerce companies across India or the candidate must have the strategic vision to build from cold contacts and drive mutual agenda forward.
6. Generate new leads with the aim of creating more sales.
We are looking at opening at least 15-20 new conversations in a month to drive a quarterly funnel.
7. Understanding customer distribution model and envisaging insurance journey and communicating the pitch requirements to key stakeholders internally is very critical
8. Working closely with different internal teams to ensure potential partnerships are effectively resourced and integrated.

- Acquire partners of sustainable quality/scale which will deliver a profitable business model

1. Good networking and Relationship Management skills
2. Aggressive follow ups for closures
PEOPLE :
1. Does not need micro-management / self-aware and collaborative
2. Can ideate and work along with cross-functional teams like marketing, product and finance teams to customize proposals, Legal and Finance
