Position: Regional Manager - Broker Network
Location: Delhi, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai
Reporting to: National Head - Residential
Roles & Responsibilities
The incumbent would :
- Establishing and creating broker network in a given territory.
- Maintaining relationship with brokers and ensuring that transaction are closed as per the target assigned
- Generating revenue through brokers as per the organization's goal
- Providing inputs in standardizing process for broker vertical
- Strategizing business plan for broker vertical with Regional Head and National Head
- Providing marketing and training support as and when required
- Organizing and participating in various events with channel partners
- Ensuring regular backend support to all channel partners
- Recruiting a team of Account Managers and executive for sales through broker network
- Training and motivating team to achieve desired results
- Maintaining performance reports and conducting audits on a regular basis
- Represent the organization in different forums, as and when necessary.
Job Specific Skills :
- Self-motivated individual with relevant experience in Channel sales
- Good understanding of the business preferably, real estate sector.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Possesses Analytical and leadership skills.
Qualification and Experience :
MBA from a reputed B- a school with 10-12 years of relevant experience.
