Currently hiring for a bank.   Position- Regional Manager (Retail Liabilities)   No of Position- 4  Location- Nagpur  Experience Required : 10- 18 yrs (Currently working in Retail Liabilities in a bank)   Required :   - Currently handling a cluster in retail branch banking.   - Experience in handling retail branch banking sales, operations & customer service with a large area.   - Must have experience in handling CASA   Job description :   - Preparation and execution of plans to ensure that all branches going fully operational and profitable   - Recruit, train and manage performance of team   - Manage the performance and operations of the liability branches in the Region.   - Plan and execute branch expansion as per business objectives.   - To help the branch team build a portfolio of CASA, Term Deposits and Investments Products as per the business objectives of the Cluster.   - Review branch operation reports, vault register reports, audit reports, branch registers on a regular basis and ensure necessary implementation of corrective and preventive actions.   - Ensure compliance with banking rules, regulations & procedures.   Ketan
