Job Description
You will lead the Sales team of SOUTH, drive and own the sales funnel for current BEER brands & the expanding portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
- Planning, strategizing and meeting the monthly/annual sales targets for all brands
- Management of Excise and VAT Department including documentation in coordination with Distributor and all statutory requirements for the Delhi Business

- Management of key accounts & distributor/logistics partners
- Management of payment reconciliation & collection from Delhi distributor & zones
- Develop, train and manage a team of ASM's, Sales Executives & Promoters
- Monthly Planning & coordination with the distillery & distributor for efficient supply chain
- Planning, development & execution of Retail branding, strategy of display drives, promotions, retail activations, POS materials, etc and reporting of schemes in coordination with the marketing team with sharp focus on ROI
- Procure, analyse and submit industry data reports and market trends on a monthly basis
- Weekly & Monthly reporting formats for targets, sales and competitor analysis
- Have an existing network of distributors in neighboring states - based out of Karnataka
- Manage, develop, and handle end-to-end entire South India region
Required Candidate profile
- Alcohol industry experience of minimum 10 years in Private retail in SOUTH
- Desire and flexibility to work in a start-up atmosphere, with a young team
- Self-starter with a drive to help build and establish new brands
- Strong relationships with distributors and key accounts in SOUTH
- Sound knowledge of modern trade for the right brand-market fit
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
- Efficient planning and execution
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
