Background :

Till a few years back, the Wealth Management division was mainly focused on investment products and banking products had only a marginal presence. However given our rich base of customers who represent the wealthiest in the country, in 2009 we decided to set up the Banking Solutions vertical in order to focus on banking products.

From a near marginal presence, banking products now account for a substantial part of the Wealth relationship manager's KRA and also overall revenue of the division. Importantly, the focus goes way beyond the customer's personal banking requirements and every aspect of the customer's business banking requirements - starting from current account to credit, trade, forex, cms, salary & TASC accounts - get adequately addressed.

Considering the latter's scope and complexity, there is a team of dedicated Business Banking specialists which works closely with the Wealth relationship team in mining & profiling the customer base and acquiring and deepening Business/Current Accounts.

Job Role :

- Manage and motivate the team of people to drive CASA, Credit, Trade & Fx

- Mobilize business for Current Accounts and Savings Accounts from existing set of Wealth clients or potential Wealth clients

- Drive numbers and value

- Recruit and train the team members on regular basis

- Go along with the team members / Wealth RMs on calls while meeting some important customers

- Ensure that the quality of services is maintained as per the standards set

- Developing new and expanding existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities

- Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship

- Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients

- Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts

- Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction

Job Requirements :

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Knowledge of Basic CASA

- Process orientation is must

- High energy and drive

- Minimum work exp. - 4 years

- MBA/Graduate
