Regional Manager: Graduates / Engineers /MBAs with 10 to 13 years experience in managing the achievement of wholesale and retail targets - through dealers. Quality of sales (SSI) delivered through the network is also an integral part of the job from Automobiles Industry. Position based at Kolkata, handling Eastern Region & reports to Sales Head.
Job Profile:
- Set and follow Dealer targets as required for sale
- Achievement of car targets, quality and profit objectives for your Dealers
- Ensure that the correct operational tools and processes as defined by the departments are in place and used.
- Ensure that dealer staff are trained in line with guidelines
- Ensure that deployment of actions are efficiently applied and followed in the Dealerships including
– Commercial Activity Campaigns
– Marketing plans for sales
– New Product launches
- To ensure tactical actions are applied and understood by relevant dealer staff
- Assist the Business Manager on issue relating to dealer financial performance
- To supply relevant feedback to the HO on competitor activities
- To give feedback on the efficiency of dealer programmes
- To follow the management of Dealer stocks and to ensure that action is being taken to control ageing and stock turn
- To build a professional and motivational relationship with the Dealer team across all disciplines
- Efficient Management of Budgets
- Lead a team of area managers effectively and efficiently.
- Achievement of targets
