Regional Manager / Area Manager - Affordable Housing
- To collaborate and work closely with the branches( through 4 to 8 branch managers)
- To achieve business targets set for the month / year (Min 5 Crore per month)
- To analyze and formulate the sales plans and strategies to achieve the revenue budget through the team of Branch Managers and Sales Executives, in consultation with Head Sales
- To increase the origination of business by activating every sales resource in the branch
- To increase distribution by adding new DSA's
- To follow up with credit team to ensure timely decision making and disbursal within minimum TAT
- To ensure that the productivity benchmarks are achieved by individual performers
- Responsible for proper training of new employees inducted into the system
- To function as the single point of contact in the region for employee's concerns and issues between them and the management.
- Responsible for branch administration, branch operations, on-site management, and Audit compliance.
- To identify fraudulent proposals / documents and implementing procedures to prevent such mishaps.
- To implement strategies to retain loan accounts by avoiding take over and preclosure / prepayments.
- To manage default accounts and closely follow up the recovery of existing NPA overdue, also to implement strategies to avoid falling of new accounts into NPA overdue category.
- To drive implementation of sales campaigns through various channels.
- To identify the key trends in the market and report the same to management to venture into new segments of business.
Locations - Chennai, Hyderabad, Karur
Education - Min Post Graduate
Compensation 10 to 15 Lac
People Only from Affordable Housing segment who have prior working knowledge in that geography to be considered.
