Regional Manager - Agency Distribution - BFSI

We have an opening with one of the leading life insurance company for Regional Mnager - Agency Distribution for Chennail location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Recruit agents that meet the agreed criteria, and ensure sales and product training to all new recruits, in addition to continuing development of staff and field force.

- Responsible for strategy and design of the business plan for the agency distribution business in the Territory.

- Responsible for providing robust market information on competitive product offerings and providing inputs on product development.

- Design and implement channel support and promotional activities for each customer segment, including identifying opportunities for business development on a continuous basis.

- Drive Career plans for the agents and UM as part of the framework to enhance retention and improve productivity, including helping specified agents with business planning.

- Ability to work harmoniously with related interface within the organisation.
