Regional Logistics Specialist

We are hiring for a leading MNC FMCG Company

The client has a turnover of Euro 8 billion and is today the fourth largest manufacturer of chocolate and confectionary products in the world.

Looking at a regional logistics specialist from an FMCG/ Cold chain logistics background.

- Responsible for end to end Logistics support for the area.

- Responsible for Primary and Secondary Logistics Cost.

- Ensure Order Fulfillment rate timely delivery to customers

- Initiation of Logistics Budgets looking at short term and long term Business Plans. Planning of Warehousing / Transportation requirements from time to time.

- Management & Control of warehousing operations, ensuring ;

a) Optimum Space & vehicle utilization,

b) Warehouse efficiency and Manpower productivity.

- Negotiating Transportation cost and warehouse cost.

- Tracking of Logistics performance Indicators, publishing of score cards,

- Vendor management transporters, Service providers, Warehouse operators,

- Vendor Bill checking, processing and payments.

- Co-ordination with Sales & Marketing Team related to Logistics support.

- Good Interpersonal & Analytical skills.

- 5 -10 yrs experience in Management & Control of warehousing operations, Optimum Space & vehicle utilization

- Warehouse efficiency and Manpower productivity.

- Candidate with cold chain transport experience
