Regional Logistics Manager

Demand Planning for the Region :

- Set up processes and review mechanism for rolling forecast and fill rates for customers.

- Support design of strategies/plans and ensure their implementation for effective logistics and improve region efficiency on stock management.

- Ensure productivity from warehousing and freight & improved Customer service reducing the stock-out at depot

- Drive creation of quality, process change and other Lean initiatives to meet and exceed business plan.

- Optimize Distribution and Logistics costs (inbound and outbound) and bring innovation in approach

- Liase with various internal & external stakeholders to manage the shelf life of products and improve stock freshness

- Design and execute innovative systems and processes for enhanced monitoring and control of resources

- Monitoring SOPs / KPIs closely with all business partners.

- Setting up of strong warehousing and distribution process to enhance customer satisfaction -

- Managing outbound logistics from the warehouse's to the Distributors and Direct Key Account customers.

- Liaison with the transporters for on time availability of vehicles to achieve ontime delivery while optimaly utilizing vehicle capacity.

- Review back orders regularly and execute the dispatches

- Ensuring shrinkage management practices are adhered to through periodic cycle count processes to ensure zero shrinkage

- Negotiate and control all Region Supply Chain Costs including Secondary Freight and Warehousing costs

- Manage regional demand planning process and partner with HO Planning to anchor monthly demand planning reviews at region.

- Provide support for RSM to understand the building blocks .

- Set process in place in sync with SAP, partner with HO in driving freight & warehousing initiatives Replenishment - Run & Shadow warehousing opportunities and recommend solutions/suggestions

- Establish connect with MT customers and wiring with respective supply chain leaders.

- Coordinating, Motivates and empowers others in order to reach organizational goals

- Communication, Speaks clearly, fluently and effectively to both individual and groups. Writes in a clear and concise manner, using appropriate style and language.

- Presentation, Proficient in power point presentations

- Decision making, Should be able to make priorities and make decisions in line with company policies/target
