Regional Logistics Manager - FMCG - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS - North

Planning :

- Drive monthly Demand Review to review forecast; provide feedback basis Trade Plans Understand CFA/Market wise stock requirement mainly for Promotional Activity, Weekly Drives Ensure stock availability & connectivity as per Sales Plans in collaboration with Plant Logistics, Weekly stock review with RSM/RCMM against Estimates vs Sales

Warehousing :

- Ensure CFA-wise/Week-wise stock availability vs estimates to meet Sales Demand, Ensure high levels of Freshness Index, Inventory Accuracy & Stock Hygiene at the warehouse Improve CFA performance with respect to Safety, Quality & Process Adherence, Optimize warehouse space and fixed costs basis requirement and utilization Drive replenishment based systems (ARS & PDP) focused on service levels & customer delight-

Distribution :

- Maintain strict adherence to People & Stock Safety Ensure timely delivery and minimum transit damages, Minimize distribution costs by negotiating secondary freight; monitor vehicle detentions & underloads, Understand Route Planning & ensure Vehicle Utilization

Key Initiatives :

- Implementing cost savings initiatives through various levers like reduction in underloads, vehicle detentions etc. direct supply opportunities, Develop MIS tools & train CFA teams to maintain Data Accuracy & Clean Reporting

Looking for :

1. FMCG experience/ food experience preferred

2. Premier B school preferred

3. Prior logistics experience mandatory
